Julie Price appeals the trial courts final order granting the defendants motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Appellant raises two points on appeal: (1) Whether the trial court properly held that the plaintiff did not satisfy the requirement of Floridas Long-Arm Statute, and (2) whether the trial court erred in failing to grant appellants motion for a continuance to allow appellant time to conduct further discovery. We find that the trial court ruled correctly in granting the defendants motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, and it did not abuse its discretion in denying the request for continuance.
